1. Are you related to the Michel Blais Gallery in Vancouver, BC Canada?
Yes. Michel Blais Gallery used to be on 900 Howe St. After more than a decade, Now we are happy to move to the new location at 415 Dunsmuir Street, Vancouver,B.C.

2. I see a painting that i like online. How can i purchase it?
Please call us, 1-800-404-2122, or email us at info@mblaisgallery.com We will reply you promptly.

3. What are the payment options?
We accept certified cheques, Money Orders, Visa and Master card. Once the transaction’s done, we will begin the shipping process. (please see #5 for shipping)

4. What’s your return/refund policy?
If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, we will arrange either an exchange, refund or gift certificate replacement. Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case that an error was caused by us. Please keep in mind that your order can not be canceled once the order has been shipped.

5. How do you ship the paintings?
We ship anywhere in the world via UPS or DHL. The paintings are professionally packed and generally shipped within 10 days after the painting is purchased. Once it is shipped, we will inform you of the tracking number. Please inquire about rates to your desired destination.

6. What about taxes and duties?
If the painting is being shipped outside of Canada it is tax exempt (GST/PST) If it is being shipped outside the province in which it was purchased, only GST will apply. (proof of export, such as a shipping waybill, required.) If the piece is being picked up in the province of purchase, both GST&PST will apply. For customers receiving goods outside Canada, import duties and/or taxes may be levied by the local country’s authorities. We are not responsible for paying these duties to the local country’s authority.

7. Do you offer framing service?
Yes, we do offer framing service. Inquire us for the samples of the frames and the rates.

8. What is the Private Collection?
Some of the paintings by Mr. Marc Simeon are rather explicit and we thought it would be best if we restrict the viewing. Just email us with the request. We will reply to you with the password.

9. I am an artist. Do you receive submissions?
Unfortunately, we are not accepting new submissions currently. However, if you have an amazing portfolio website, why not email it to us? We will bookmark it for the future reference.

10. How many pieces of antique glass do you have ? What is the price range?
We have over 2000 pieces of antique art glass the prices range from $75.00 and up. It has been Mr. Blais’ decade long passion to collect them.
