(1947~)
Born in Chicoutimi in 1947, Suzette Émond began her artistic training with Mr. Henri Mongrain and worked with a variety of mediums. Today, oils and the use of a palette knife are her chosen technique. Emotion and a passion for color guide her work. She explains, “Colors vibrate, explode and enchant. Her works can be found in several public and private collection as la Bibliothèque St-Louis -de-France in Québec city ; CKTM-TV, Radio-Canada in Trois-Rivières , the prestigious Loto-Québec collection and many others in Canada, United States and Europe.
